How we handle incidents
• Our automated monitoring checks every service every 30 minutes and alerts our team immediately on any outage.
• Critical incidents are auto-escalated within 15 minutes if unacknowledged.
• Patient-facing booking links remain accessible even during dashboard outages.
• Scheduled AI calls are paused during a voice provider outage and resume automatically when service recovers.
